Common functions:
Common functions are the "Save", Apply", "Refresh" and "Close" buttons present in most pages in the Administration.
Save: The "Save" button Must be clicked to validate your changes, when Adding or Updating any given content.
Apply: The "Apply" button works like the "Save" button, with the only difference that you don't leave the page you are on.
Refresh: The "Refresh" button does not validate your changes. It only resets the page, which is useful in some parts of the Administration.
Close/Cancel: The "Close" button does not validate your changes. It only closes the page you are on and redirects you to the previous logical page.
Quick links:
Quick links are present in Administration forms that are connected to other Administration pages.
They are represented by a blue button with a cog wheel icon and they allow you to quickly navigate to the relevant setting page if required.
Please note that if you have made some changes on the current page, your changes will Not be saved, so it could be wise to click "Apply" before using the quick links.
Helper sliders:
Helper sliders, "information" buttons, can be found in Administration pages that may not appear obvious at first.
They attempt to explain the purpose of the page and to provide context on how to use it.
They also can act as a reminder on how to interact with the page.
